I love so much greek music and traditions. Im romanian but I might have greek origins. Probably my ancestors migrated to southern Romania in 18th century. Long live the noble and old greek nation!

You are comfused! Romans were NOT a nation! St.Paul f.e. was roman but he was a jew of origine. Romans (romi, rum, etc) used to be called the residents of the east roman (later called Byzantine) empire which included most of the greek ancient territories. Ottomans carried no significant culture of their own as mongol raiders and looters.

Ancient Epirus was formed as a union of three Hellenized tribes (Molossians, Thesprotians, and Chaonians). The Molossian Royal Family in ancient times considered themselves as part of Greek heritage. The Hellenization of tribes in ancient times spread from the Aegean to the Pindus Mountains. Epirus was always the frontier of the Greek world.
