How to dissect fish head( Tautog/blackfish)

Having a lot of hobbies is a happy thing. One of the things I really want to try is making Taxidermy. It doesn't matter whether it's fish or wild animals. It is because I think it is a way to preserve artistic beauty for a long time. So I'm catching a lot of blackfish this time, and I'm going to start with this one. This is not a normal taxidermy, I'm going to take out only the bones, and try to make a stuffed animal with only the bones. especially the head. I was really interested in the work of removing the bones without realizing that time was passing. It's just amazing. It gets more and more exciting and fun. Actually, there is a lot of meat to eat..all good stuff is in head..I'm trying make bone art..
