    How to make meatballs-kabab 🧐🤫 Meatball with vegetable recipe with tips&tricks&secrets from the meatball master 💯 Easy, fast and very delicious!♨️

    Water glass size: 200 ml
    Tea glass size: 100 ml
    Ingredients:
    Half a kilo medium-fat ground meat
    A pinch parsley
    1 medium grated onion
    Half a water glass plain breadcrumb
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 medium cloves garlic
    Half a teaspoon baking powder
    1.5 dessertspoon salt
    1 dessertspoon ground red pepper
    Half a water glass water
    Vegetable mixture:
    2 medium onions
    1 large red pepper
    2 medium green peppers
    250 g mushrooms
    Half a tea glass olive oil
    Half a teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 clove garlic
    1 tablespoon mustard sauce
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    Preparation:
    Grate the onion.
    For the meatball mixture, put all the ingredients except water in a large bowl.
    Knead for 4-5 minutes.
    Then add water and knead again for 4-5 minutes.
    If you dip your hands in water, the meatballs will not stick to your hands.
    Shape the meatballs by dipping your hands in water from time to time.
    Let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Chop the vegetables coarsely.
    Put olive oil in a large non-stick pan.
    Add the vegetables you chopped.
    Add black pepper, salt and garlic.
    Sauté a little on high heat.
    You can sauté the vegetables more or less depending on your preference.
    After 2 hours, remove the meatballs from the refrigerator.
    Heat a low-fat non-stick pan well.
    Then fry the meatballs well over medium heat.
    Pour the fried meatballs into the vegetable mixture.
    Add mustard sauce and ketchup.
    Sauté for another 5 minutes.
    You can serve it with rice or bread.
