Another great video Mike. Thanks for sharing you knowledge. I have ordered my Galvanised door skins and then I will start to think about removing the old door skins. I don't have an air chisel, so I am going to do it the slow way - bending up the edge of the old skin. Thanks again.
I did say in the video I was thinking about it, but thinking about it last night, a handle may get in the way If you keep firm pressure to the door frame it seems to guide itself Mike
Cheers mike, keep them coming my 90 arrives this week so will be watching with interest. Are you planning on any interior upgrades for the LHD project? Ian 👍
Yes - I have already done the bulkhead removal bar and trimmed the wheel arches so it is easier to carpet Once back from the body shop we are going to decide what to do - I know it is going to have A/C fitted Mike
Brilliant! Just starting my 90 rebuild, your videos are truly informative and give the viewer real confidence.
Thanks Bill!

Thanks
Just be careful not to pry against the steel frame as it is not that strong in places
Mike
Ingenious mate , thanks for this
bloody brilliant.
I liked that can-opener air chisel, but you might think of welding a handle on the shaft to be able to guide the tooltip better.

Great video again Mike! What primer do you use? Cheers, Craig. UK.
Epoxy primer filler 2:1 mix

Do you have to do all this to replace the lock barrels?
Or is there an easier way?
