Got an AD6. I love it. The "computer" sucks and I'm might replace it with a better model one, but I usually just rock techno/house/bounce tuneson my phone and use the beat/tempo as my "program" Assembly known to be tricky on ADs, but they have solves for it all over the net. I replaced the seat with a Bontrager split seat because the factory seat sux and the seat bolts cam3 semi stripped. Also, my kids broke the wheel lock by not opening it first - they were 6 & 8 🤣 Still, love the thing. Longest Ive gone on it mixing HIIT and LIIT, 3hrs. 💪 Absolute puddles of sweat. Only heavy bag work and long distance running are in the same league for me.
@@moregaragedateswithnatespl5177 Same here man. Lost the step. I hit it a couple times when it warmed up in spring - on a walled, covered but outdoor porch - and never went back, just because the AD6 is in the house and easy, and those 2 things, the bike & the bag, are usually my 3rd session of the day (so I'm more likely to dump the bag if I'm not feeling it).
They’re all loud but I think someone even tested the decible levels but can’t recall the numbers. All that said, I kept the commercial assault bike for myself
Might be the only true competition for the echo bike
@@mrqualityreviewer4752 the rogue bike is probably better but this is much quieter

Gotta say that sounded pretty loud still…the assault must be deafening
