I was visiting his class Experimental Film at the UCSD. Great teacher, great film!
I saw this as an undergrad while at U.I.C.. One of my favorite professors, Linda Williams went on to UCSD. This is an experimental film classic!
the most important "stay for the credits" film.
Standish was one of my teachers at film school. Wonderful man. Too bad many of his other films aren't on RUclips.
I remember sitting at the DD, drinking beer and wine after class while he pulled out so many amazing little bits of film to show us. ❤❤❤ miss you, dude.
Me too. DD was an amazing place. I like the last location best.
One of the best short films.
a masterpiece. Hats off!
I saw this film on Screening Room (WCVB-5 Boston) in the late '70s. Lawder was also interviewed by host/filmmaker Robert Gardiner.
Love this! Thanks for posting.
lovely
Sibelius' 4th Symphony.
i shouldn't watch this while high after i learn these people are dead in script
Does anyone know of a copy of "The Dangling Participle"? Would love to see it again.
