Taylor is one of those people I follow that has mentioned more than a few times about having dreams and aspirations of becoming a stand up comic more than a few times over the years, granted I actually don't know how recent the most recent time he's expressed that, or god forbid, he's moved beyond that. Because I genuinely believe he has the best fucking shot of genuinely making it as a stand up comic out of anyone I've ever seen that's expressed an interest in that, but hasn't made an attempt, or even the ones currently in the trenches trying to claw their way to some level of success or recognition currently. I know I've heard him mention before that he struggles with writing, the actual putting pen to paper, setup punch etc part of it, but he could very well just be one of the comics that has to CONSTANTLY go up and basically make the majority of his career/material out of the spontaneous shit he comes up with in the moment, always having a recorder going and refining the best parts, or I wouldn't even mind if he straight up lifted his own material from previous PKA episodes to do as stand up. Hell, I'd almost offer to collect what I feel are his best premises, jokes and bits myself and send it to him if he were interested, but that'd require so much re-watching. Anyway.. I grew up in a town with 2000 people in it and St Louis was like the pinnacle of big cities for me and even with all of those reasons to constantly talk about St Louis I have probably only even said the name "St. Louis" less than 30 times in my whole life

I think it's only reasonable that the taxpayers gauge how charitable they want to be. It's a personal choice. When government starts taxing excessively only to be charitable towards non-taxpayers it's a heinous immoral transgression against the People.

Not only unfunny but doesn't know his history at all. Norway was involved in European power politics long before oil was discovered. Iceland only exists because of Norway for example.
The only time northern Europe was regarded as a shithole was by the Romans, and rightfully so as the Romans were way more advanced and sophisticated than the Germanics at the time. And even then they didn't regard it as we regard Haiti today, closer to how the British thought of the Americas, untamed lands to be conquered. Not hopeless desolate regions that can't ever be salvaged, like Haiti or Liberia.
Italy and Ireland were never at any point regarded on the same level by Americans as Americans regard Haiti today. No one considered them shitholes. They were still relatively civilized, had the same technology level as the US and similar religious and social customs.
