Detainers are valid for 72 hours after the detainee has officially served their sentence. ICE has to go pick the person up before the time is up. The person’s 4th amendment right would be violated if held longer than that.

Ice do not remove people unless they commit felonies. Stop committing any type of crime. I was in mexico in Tabasco city. They asked for my passport, which I did not have on me. It was at the in-law house a couple of hours away while we were en route to the beach. At a checkpoint, I was detained till my wife got my passport. They told me I could be in prison for 5 years before I get removed back to the USA for being an illegal immigrant, if I did not have a passport or permission document from the main border i cross into Mexico. USA is one of the most lenient countries in the world to take action to be removed or jail for being illegal in the USA unless you get arrested for a crime and charge as guilty.

My friend in Switzerland informed me that immigrants entering their country have to sign sorta like a contract that obligates them to leave after x number of months regardless how many anchor children they have or who they marry. If they don’t leave, then their equivalent of ICE goes after them and when caught, they are immediately sent to deportation status. All the Africans are sent to Uganda whom they have a standing agreement with to accept.

Detainers are valid for 72 hours after the detainee has officially served their sentence. ICE has to go pick the person up before the time is up. The person’s 4th amendment right would be violated if held longer than that.

To be honest, I felt sick to death about how far the human ungratefulness could go.
Even though it might be hard to prove, but the moment he started complaining and showing his true self, I felt that he isn’t going to follow through the required actions that ICE officers have asked for (check regularly with ICE officers, attend any court hearings and so on), and will try to get rid of the GPS bracelet and try to get lost from ICE officers.
These foreigners have a tremendous amount of self-entitlement! Makes me Furious!

Ice do not remove people unless they commit felonies. Stop committing any type of crime. I was in mexico in Tabasco city. They asked for my passport, which I did not have on me. It was at the in-law house a couple of hours away while we were en route to the beach. At a checkpoint, I was detained till my wife got my passport. They told me I could be in prison for 5 years before I get removed back to the USA for being an illegal immigrant, if I did not have a passport or permission document from the main border i cross into Mexico. USA is one of the most lenient countries in the world to take action to be removed or jail for being illegal in the USA unless you get arrested for a crime and charge as guilty.

My friend in Switzerland informed me that immigrants entering their country have to sign sorta like a contract that obligates them to leave after x number of months regardless how many anchor children they have or who they marry. If they don’t leave, then their equivalent of ICE goes after them and when caught, they are immediately sent to deportation status.
