- In the session titled “Wizard of Words”, held at The Hindu Lit Fest, publisher and author David Davidar focuses on the aspect that has defined Mr Shashi Tharoor for most of his life: his love for language and words.
Mr. Tharoor gave his father credit for imparting this love to his son. “He wrote the most marvellous letters,” he said, noting that his father also had an obsession with word games, often setting puzzles and games for Mr. Tharoor and his sisters, including an early form of Wordle.

The Congress Party has erred grievously by not electing Dr Tharoor as the Party President. Imagine if he were the Prime Minister of India!!
The CM is Nitish kumar
the pm is narendra modi
The president is droupadi murmu
the fm is s jaishankar
In India where there is law against blasphemy whether insulting hindu or muslim relogion but still in India which is deeply religious country still people wish satanic verses to be unban but not books or works insulted or offended Hindus faith. The one example of blashphemy is that manawwar farooqi was jailed for two months for crimes of insulting hindu god lord Ram despite there was no evidence that munnawar insult any fatih and he later was free by the court not because India respect free speech against insulting any religion but there was no evidence against munawwar. So those Indians who are lover of Hinduism but wanted satanic verses to be unban are certainly hypocrite. And I don't think Shashi Tharoor could unban satanic verse in a highly religious country whose laws are punishing to anyone who offends any religious faith.
