NJAC got repealed, declared unconstitutional by SC(very amazing judgment given by SC).

NJAC was not good because it would create politcal interferance in judiciary. And the 'eminent' person was not clearly defined in 99th Amendement. Toh shi hua jo repeal hoga nahi toh politicians apne mann ka judge bithaate aur judiciary mein bhi political interferance hone lagegi
