    I love this. Thanks for sharing this. I just took a stab at tuning a grand piano for the first time. Many stabs actually. It seems every time I tune it, it falls out of tune in the matter of days and then even more so after a week or two. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm tapping the strings hard to distribute the tension, and I believe that I'm setting the tuning pins correctly but I'm not positive. Before I tuned it, I feel like it did a better job at holding its tune. There are also some low notes that have a really annoying overtone. Whole. sections of them actually

    Brilliant, tuning up and down by just 1 Hz (used audacity(tm) as spyglass)
