yes po. since consensual contract yung partnership, dapat laging may CONSENT ng lahat ng partners.

14:50 may tanong lang po ako sir. Is the payment of Partner C to Partner A equivalent to the total amount of capital or interest that he bought? Or will the total amount of payment shall be based on their agreement?
I think that partner C's payment will be based on their agreement. Pero kung ilan lang yung percentage or ratio ng binili nyang interest kay A, yun yung irerecord mo.
Hi sir win. may tanong lang po ako about sa lesson nato, about po don sa partnership Equity account. kung marami nga pong nasa partnership gaya ng sabi mo na for example isang daan,pano na po yun ilalagay sa financial statement?yung mga apelido nila?like ano na pong format non like for example their capital? thank you po sa pag sagot.
