- प्रेगनेंसी / गर्भावस्था को लेकर बहुत सारे सवाल महिलाओं के पास रहते है| गर्भावस्था में अपने और बच्चे का ख्याल कैसे रखे, जो भी शारीरिक बदलाव होने वाले है उसके बारे में कैसे जानकारी ले, गर्भावस्था के दौरान कैसे सावधान रहना चाहिए और होने वाले जो पिता है उन्हें भी क्या ख्याल रखना चाहिए इस प्रकार की सारी जानकारी देने की कोशिश डॉ. सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में करती है |
37 वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्था का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है | इस हफ्ते तक बच्चा प्रति दिन ३० ग्राम से बढ़ता है और वो धीरे धीरे नीचे खिसक ना चालू हो जाता है जिससे माँ के फेफड़ों पर कम दबाव पड़ता है | डॉ सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में बताती है की माँ का वजन इस हफ्ते स्थिर रहता है |इसके अलावा amniotic fluid की मात्रा कम होने लगती है, माँ को नकली labor pain feel होने लगते है आदि | डॉ इसके अलावा mucus plug के बारे में बताती है की आखिरी हफ्तों में नकली labor pain के साथ साथ, गर्भाशय का मुख खुल जाता है तो ये mucus plug बहार आ जाता है |
इसके बाद डॉ water breaking के बारे में भी जानकारी देती है, जिसमे शिशु के आस पास वाली थैली फट जाती है और पानी बहार निकल जाता है |
इसके साथ साथ शिशु पूरा विकसित हो जाता है और जन्म लेने के बाद अच्छे से सारी activity कर सकता है | इसके अलावा गर्भवती महिलाओं को exercise पर ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहिए | ये कुछ exercise से baby का सर नीचे की तरफ आ जाता है | अंत में डॉ बताती है की कुछ चीज़े जैसे चक्कर आना, आँखों में धुंदला पन आना जैसे लक्षण पर तुरंत डॉ के पास जाए |

Hello Doctor, I am 37 weeks pregent. I have an bledding yesterday night and no started labour pain just little back pain. As per doctor advised i have done the sonoghaphy also. And the sonoghraphy report is normal. So what is a excact reason for bleeding? And doctor has given me 7 vaccines till now for stop the bleeding. Now it is stopped. Doctor says the reason is mouth is little open that's why the suddently bleeding. Would like to know your exprience on this kind of situation. Could you please help me on that?
