Right. I'm pretty sure that P00.00 should be set to the Hz rating of the motor. According to manuals for similar VFDs, the "Main Frequency" is per this description. " In the digital operator mode, the inverter will run at the set value of PD003 (Main Frequency or P00.00). During running, the operating frequency can be changed by pressing ▲ or ▼. During multi-speed running, the main frequency is taken as the frequency of Speed 1." It is not meant to be set to the Hz rating of your 110 or 220 power input. Think of it this way. Why would you be able to set it to 400Hz when there are no power grids in the world with that rating.

You could replace the bearings with quality brand name ones pretty easily. They're just pressfit onto the shaft
