The Process is the Punishment: LAWFARE Against Citizens

A citizen in Louisiana testifies about how an "ethics" complaint was filed against her for "lobbying." This citizen routinely drives 3+ hours to the LA Capitol to advocate for health freedom and public health issues. She never accepts money for her efforts---she does it on her own. Someone "sicced" the state Ethics Board on her and she was forced to spend thousands of dollars of her own money to answer subpoenas and other legal queries. When the investigation was over, she was cleared of wrongdoing, but she was not able to recover her money NOR to find out who preferred charges against her.

Can't she do a John Doe defamation suit and under this get the name of the person who did the ethics complaint ?
