@@sultanbq4831Took a year but he's actually wrong. The State of Nagaland itself is landlocked and so is all its 16 districts. So now we have 4 districts that don't touch any neighbouring state or neighbouring country, those districts are Tseminyu, Zunheboto, Tuensang and Shamator. 👍🏻
Yes in most of the book you'll find 4 but it's actually 3. Since Ghosu Bird sanctuary is not yet recognised. Plus intangki National park was first recognised as a wildlife sanctuary. Maybe that's why it's given 4 in almost all the books
