Moving to Buckeye Arizona | PRO's and CON's of living in Verrado

Moving to Buckeye, Arizona - Here are some major things you should definitely be considering prior to making the move to Buckeye Arizona specifically, Verrado. Verrado is a beautiful subdivision located inside of Buckeye just north of the I 10. This portion of Buckeye is unmatched and unlike any other area in Buckeye
. But just like all things, there's pros and cons. If you can handle these cons, I would say Verrado will be an amazing place to live. This is one of my personal favorites!
Verrado located in Buckeye Arizona has tons of amenities two pools and fitness center. The homes are all different shapes and sizes as well as different prices. Whether you are looking for a townhome or custom property, this would be an amazing community for you. They also have golf course lots, mountain views, and occasional wildlife.
Some of the cons of Verrado include proximity to shopping, proximity to Phoenix, lack of new homes. Again, not too many cons when it comes to living in Verrado in my opinion, but you'll have to tell me after watching this video.
