This channel is so underrated Thank you so much for the tips and everything, it just bothers me that all my friend take weeks even months taking breaks and still remember how to play. I remember one time I took just 2weeks break from basketball and boom I couldn't even do layups I missed every single shot and had to Start from scratch again like I've never played basketball in my life. I want to learn how to stay consistent. But even with all the hard work I put in no result. So I'm going to try your tips and I guess I'll update my comment when I'm done.
Unless you're really just starting out, taking two weeks off will not detract from your skills to the degree you're describing (especially layups). Most likely, the cause of the issue you're describing is emotional or mental. What are you experiencing when you come back from a break? That may help further solve your issue. Simon DeepGame
I really appreciate the information you are giving out to the world. To learn such things takes years of failure from basketball players to come to an understanding of what the game truly means. Thankyou :)
I agree with this I don’t train a lot I usually just work on my body but when I’m on the court I play great I think it’s just a mental thing if you know you got it training barley helps you
Just to be clear, the message isn't to stop training or to train less -- training is of course necessary. This talk is about not violating Law #1 when you play.
I've been putting 2 individual skills training sessions excluding hs ball practice every day. And I noticed that i havent been playing like myself, and been underperforming, so Im thinking for a mental reset by taking a break from basketball until practice starts up again from thanksgiving break. Idk if thats the right thing to do, but I feel like i need to reset my mind.
It sounds like you're doing more than you need to, right now. You also need time to recover, do homework, socialize etc. All of those things can impact your performance in a positive way, so it's not necessarily a matter of just training as much as you can. I'd check the in-season section of our Work Ethic video, here: ruclips.net/video/UxS299WwK0g/видео.html - Simon, Team DeepGame
I just recently took your masterclass, and I'm having a hard time creating an alter ego. I'm mainly a shooter but I can drive and do layups and dribble do you have any suggestions?

I don't play basketball but I play soccer (It's not on grass,I don't know how you call it, indoor soccer?) And this video was very useful to me, I'll put this in practice and then I'll say if I noticed improvement in my game
Hey do I purchased your deep game program a loong time ago but I never actually went through it. Can I still go through those classes or is it too late ?
Hi, I have a question for you Recently I have watched your masterclass ( very beutifull experience ), but I cant find a way to do something hard for me without trying hard For example, for me in so hard to shoot free throws, so, how can I improve my free throw shooting without broke law 2 and trying much harder ? What is the right approch to improve ? Thank you for all you videos, they help me a lot
In light of the 3rd tip, I use my favorite song Need You by Lost Sky I went crazy in 15 mins not gonna lie xD but I would like to say that I enjoyed it a lot. It releases my stress as well as vibing on the song. I'll add this on my routine

If I were to say, you probably think its an easy matchup. So you forget about law 2 reverse effort, and you just go at the person, or do something you normally don't do because you "know" your going to win. Or every one shorter than you is much better than you
