If I had to suggest I would suggest you should buy Luo Yi's Oracle of Sol for sure and if u want multiple effects u should probably buy Lunox's Eyes of Eternity or even Dawn Revelation both of them are good since you know Lunox have a total of 5 skills including, Starlight Pulse, Chaos Assault, Cosmic Fission, and so on.
U can buy Rafaela's Saber Skin later aswell since I suppose u already have the Allstar free skin of Raf, it also have pretty decent effects so u could adjust for some time.
