The answer to how you beat Hikaru... is hikaru shows he's also human. He confused/forgot some opening theory or strategy. He pins his own bishop to his queen with Be7-Bb4 and it can no longer prevent the knight hop to d6. After that Hikaru's position is awlful and a mess. Anyway a win is a win congratz🎉
That's right, that was the key step to victory, which in the end Hikaru was too late in holding the pieces C6 and D5, if you look at Hikar's expression, he made a mistake by letting C6 and D5 and there were many choices of steps that could have been taken, including the king to H6
