Nevermind I just saw it. Universal America is the best in the scaring part and the theme that they use fit perfectly. It's a shame that silent hill is also from Japan(konami) but they didn't implement it to the Japan park. Anyway the suckest theme is Singapore, they use "Carn evil" which it's a carnival with a darker, blurer and scary sound but it is not scary at all.
