Hey- yep! Those would be jump links that would jump to the corresponding section...didn’t demo that here but that’s the idea!

It's a great tutorial! but how you are going to change section when any of the tab got clicked so it's scroll through different section?
driver is good for scrolling mechanics. what you wanted to do in your case is to use animate feature, which means you need to duplicate the artboard, and then in the duplicated artboard, move the whole page according to the viewport.
Make my life easier by groping them 😂
Can you export to HTML CSS?
Unfortunately not but you can easily share css attributes with a dev
