Chicago City Council members debate $70 million ask for migrant funding

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson's request for an additional $70 million to support asylum seekers was before a City Council committee on Monday. The city's Budget and Government Operations Committee approved the funding 20-8.

so interesting thing about that is most of those are solved. fixing potholes well is doable but you lose construction jobs and the chance to launder money. The fbi sent a team recently to find out about the gun culture of chicago when a local can literally tell you all you need to know. The parks are actually funded but none of the money gets there, chicago spends 18k per student, roughly 30 per class room.

Some might have paid cartels thousands of dollars to get them in the USA. They want to work to send money back home , to get other family here.
