This list is invalid seeing as there's no reaper :D Personally, if someone very cruel forced me to take a "glass meta" build from snowcrows and play on it in the openworld with no modifications (the premise of the video), it would be reaper, and it's not even close.
As an expert revenant, I can tell you, you can easily fix lack of cc/range on Vindi by just using GS or S/S and taking staff/shortbow/hammer on your weapon swap. DPS difference between sticking to one weapon vs swapping between GS and S/S is negligible. Especially for beginners (it can actually be a loss of DPS due to harder rotation). For survivability you need to remember that you can swap between two alliance stances, so if you need healing you can just use both alliance heals and throw some additional regen/condi cleanse. In PvE it has almost no cooldown nowadays. For dodging, nie you also have two dodges, so you can keep one for dodging and use the other one for damage.
Heck im not even an expert rev player but as main vindi the momment i heard "doesnt have range" and "no CC" and "running out of dodge" i totally lost it lmao,even funnier since the video talking about openworld
@@alcapitianeven if you can access ascended gear just stat change to ritualist, that's what I did when I first got ritualist armor. Plus the trinkets are simple with LW trinkets (winter berry farm etc). Also for the purposes of open world you can swap out ritualist for celestial gear and it will be more durable but get the job done
@@Master10k2yeah I think it was scepter warhorn and having the lessor fire elementals helped a ton, I only had season 4 unlocked on my ele so when I went back for vision I was using it a lot
Tbh all raid builds are viable and decent in open world. These were the 10 best in terms of easiest to play. But I think all necro builds are really good in open world in general
I personally like using my cvirt build coz it's got such great burst and sustained damage, cleave, the mesmer utility like stealth, ports, cc, blocks etc. And even if i get downed, because of the quick easy stacks of bleeding i will have killed an enemy before i bleed out to rally
Reaper is amazingly strong, but you need to change a few traits and Utilities to make it great on the open world. I think these top 10 snowcrows raid builds need no change from the guide to be amazing

I've been having fun with a LB/ sword/axe power slb with firework runes, absolutely shreds with ax 5 plus 4 skills that trigger the firework rune
You can gear anything easy in WvW now for like 5 gold and some badges of honor. It's exotic tough.
Ah yes, I think that's probably the easiest way to get quick ritualists gear and then transition to ascended when possible
