Thanks for the review mate!
Thanks for watching!
I got the C connection ones to work with the KZ ZS10s and the work great.
KZ ZAX + KZ AZ09 PRO with Spinfit CP100 eartips is my best IEM configuration by now 👌
I love Spinfit. I’ve been using Omni and W1 a lot lately.
To anyone who wanna try to mod the connector, i suggest to TRAIN first on a few cheap cables until get it right.
RAZOR sharp knife is very important.
Thank you for the review, i didnt know about the charging issue. There is a new "AE01" i wonder if it has the same issues
Looks like the same charging case. Why they keeping making many different versions of basically the same product without fixing what matters seems crazy to me.
I've tried this mod and ruined two pair because I tried to get the cuts perfect. Wound up buying a third and paired it up with a cheap KZ DQS and it works great. For $80 it sounds Way better than my Master & Dynamic MW09 which I paid $350 for.I always press down on the ear hooks when placing them in the case, this seems to help.
This is probably the smart move, to just use an IEM that actually fits the hooks properly and be done.
Did you have the DT's?
@@jb678901 I do not.
Wow I’ll count myself lucky then. I got mine in this morning right before going to work and rushed my way to cutting them. Took me maybe 5 minutes tops and they work perfectly fine. I was too excited to try them. Luckily I haven’t experienced the charging issue yet either but I’ll def keep an eyes on it
@@Lonnie.G I've had an earhook battery fail...AFTER three years of daily use!
Would it be possible to stick some foam padding on the case lid so that it presses down on the contacts when closed?
This is exactly what Moondrop did with the Evo case design. Yeah, you could do that but I don’t know how much it would help since there are already magnets holding the hooks in.
I own a KZ ZSN pro x and am planning on getting the Dunu Titan S2. If I am to buy this module, which connection type should i go with? And would i need to modify them incase i want to use the Dunu with this?
The C-pin version should work fine with the KZ out of the box. For the Titan S2 you would need to mod similar to what I did with mine.
Is video lip sync okay with them?
There’s a little delay like most bluetooth, if you use the “high performance mode” by clicking the right side button three times it’s very good.
Is there a Wireless Adapter where I dont have to Cut them.
The Moondrop EVO, although some people have problems with dropouts on that one.
@@IEMCableReviews I think those are a bit too expensive for me. I just bought the Trn bt20xs for 5 bucks. I will see how good those are and then maybe reconsider.
@@heroicsheep2069Hey, what do you mean by cutting it?
@@lldrowsyll in this Video CableReviews is showing a pair of Bluetooth Adapters that are modified/Cut so that the cable will actually fit onto Most IEMs
I hope I can save one person from ruining theirs, but these are NOT sweatproof. First time taking them to the gym and 20 minutes on the treadmill later, they took a poop. Do not work out with these!
Thanks for calling that out!
The CCA BTX is the version designed for more sportive uses. At least, it has been advertised as such.
Ughhh i was planning to get these for the gym. I just worked out with wired IEM's for the first time. i bought KZ ZSN pro x. Did you mod them and then they gave up on you ? that could be a possibility. I will hold on to my cart for now. Hopefully you see my message and guide thanks !
@@AbhishekKumar-vk6rpI have yet to see an IPX rating for the bluetooth ear hooks I have looked into. Unless someone else has found something, you may want to stick with a TWS with a decent IPX rating if you’re going to be sweating.
@@IEMCableReviews Thank you for the quick response. I am actually from India and we have very limited options here :(
