I have loaded thousands of them without issue. Up here in Canada they are distributed by CamPro and often you can get a projectile/primer combo at a better price than if you were to buy both separately. They even held together well on a dozen that wouldnt pass my case gauge test and I used a LEE decapping die and pushed the primers out and used them again.
I've used about 2000 of them and they have all went bang. Mostly using them in .357 mag and they have been great, yes I know I'm suppose to use mag primers but when thats all you have you use them.
Have used the Ginex small pistol primers now for approx. year mainly because of price and availability compared to other manufactures non availability and cost here in western Canada. My Beretta 92F (9mm) has had spring & trigger work done on it and that resulted in a noticeable improvement over factory ( Double Action Factory was 14.7+ lbs. now it is 7.4) and single action went from 5.8 to a smooth clean 2.14 and so far 100% bang rate, and no noticeable accurace change. Also use the Ginex primers in my Colt Python 2020 4.25" .38/.357 mag. that tested at 7.1 lbs.double action and 3.2 lbs. single action factory out of the box, with no issues either. As for setting I always use a hand primer (RCBS Universal) and if there is any amount of extra force required to set the primers it is very very minimal that I don't notice. As with all primer setting operations if you do feel resistance stop and check to see "WHY"! Now just need to change our Federal Government (Liberals) to a government that doesn't punish law abiding citizens and legal firearm owners here in Canada. We unfortunately do not have 2nd amendment right in our constitution.
American Reloading just had a quick two day New Year's sale on the 5000ct SRP packs for $315... DELIVERED! Yeah well, they didn't have to tell me twice. My SRP primer stocks are now sitting at 21,500 as we speak with 17K of those the Unis Ginex variety. Haven't have any issues and they fit the bill for rolling my stash ammo during these topsy turvy economic and political times. They CAN be a bit tight especially if trying to fit into Lake City brass. However, with proper case prep, swaging and uniforming, this tight fit can be remedied a bit. Great primers and worth ever cent. I probably should have picked up two or three more bricks but, neh, no need to get greedy. Other folks will certainly be needing some too.
Well. I hope they work well...I just ordered 5000 I will get back on here in a couple weeks with my results. I will be using them for Plinking Steel and That ain't life or death. Hell, no others available.
I have tried the small pistol and small rifle type. I have had some issues with fit. They seem to be a little large diameter. There have been times when they were damaged installing them. I have tried installing them with different types of equipment and all have had issues. I would not buy them again unless there is nothing else available.
I just ordered 1000 of these in large rifle. I would have much rather had either CCI or Federal, but I can't find them. I am hoping they will work in my 308 and 6.5x55. Pisses me off that primers are so hard to find.
What kind of brass are you trying to stuff them into? Certain brands tend to be tighter than others. I know Lake City can be quite cantankerous if you haven't done crimp removal properly.

Just had one not ignite on a .500 I had enough force to push the bullet into the barrel will update tmw after a second round
