The watermelon cake takes so much extra steps to make, but boy, the end result is so amazing! It is so creative. Not sure I would trust the red dye at every factory. But still, again, how creative; I just cannot get my eye and thought off of it!
Watermelon cake looks pretty, always a major thing when making food, appearance. I personally didn't care for the ingredients and never did like watermelon. But based on looks alone is why a lot of these foods sell.
Creations are simply beautiful.

if you haven't noticed it they do all by hand ! Only machinery if it is to heavy just ad we rp in our (much smaller) kitchen, so yes they light the stove

Its dessert cake. Easy to remember: dessert is a treat, so you want 2. Desert is hot sand that can kill you so you don't want two.
Dessert cakes look awesome but alas, the flavors aren't usually there as strong as I like but tastes like sugar.

Way too sweet for me to eat but really enjoyed watching this. They work so hard and FAST!
The thing is though, their sweetness is probably not as sweet as what we consume here in the U.S. Like you know how Korean/Japanese ketchup tastes different and better than American ketchup which is way too overly sweet. I think same concept applies here with the ingredients used

Which ingredient allows the cake layers to withstand being tossed after being baked? My cake layers must be carefully moved when exiting the oven.
I think it must be a kind of sponge or angel food type cake because yeah regular cakes would fall apart if you tossed them about like that!

THEY MAKE THE COOLEST FOOD!!
Instead of blind baking the tart shells, just poke little holes in the bottoms, to keep them from bubbling, the way you would when making crackers.
Use an egg yolk separator when cracking the eggs in the first place. It's basically a small cup with a 1/4" (0.635 cm, 0.2095
寸) diameter hole in the bottom of it. The albumin goes through the hole and the yoke stays on top.
Whip the egg yolks, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered/bloomed agar, and sugar syrup together in one bowl to begin with. If the water in the syrup isn't really needed, then use plain dried sugar instead. Whip the cream separately, but then fold it in gently a little at a time, not all at once.
Instead of piping the filling in, just use a large spoon to put a huge amount in, since you're just going to take the excess off with a knife anyway (I think that looks sloppy though - I like it better before the knife is used to take the filling to the edges). Also, don't stack them directly on top of each other with the centers vertically aligned, as that will sink the filling in the lower tarts down, which could break the sides of the tarts (as the excess gets pushed outward from the centers). Instead, stack them the way you would stack cans that weren't meant to stack on top of each other: 1 tart on top of 4 tarts underneath, so the top tart covers 1/4 of each of the lower tarts.
Putting fruit on top of the tarts will just make them hard to eat. Especially the grapefruit pieces. Anything larger than a chocolate chip is going to make it very difficult to eat these tarts. It would be better to make the cream filling half as thick, then freeze the tarts, then put the sugar syrup as a layer on top of the cream, then put the smaller fruits (not the grapefruit slices though - maybe dice those instead) over the sugar syrup, and refrigerate them as soon as possible to help the sugar syrup set as a "glue" for the fruit pieces. This would make them easier to eat.
justrosy5 I think what we are watching is a batch of people making a video for commercial sake. Once the cameras are off, these workers flip the switch on the machines to make huge batches of these foods to be distributed all over Korea, and elsewhere possibly. It doesn't make sense to use these slow processes day after day.
