Considered to be science-fiction (quite reasonably), this adventure on Mars from the imagination of C.S. Lewis can nonetheless be placed just as firmly in the category of Fantasy. This lengthy serialised reading from the early days of BBC7 is presented in its entirety here - it's a long one at six hours!

What a treat! I've read the series and have been on the verge of picking them up again, so if the other two doesn't show up here soon I might have to get a pair of new glasses, dust off my copies and do it the old fashioned way.
It's a strange trilogy with completely different styles to tell a three part story. When reading the third part I first wondered if it even was a continuation for a long while.
Some good news - a full reading of Perelandra (again by Alex Jennings) will be up on the channel on the 15th. There is no BBC reading of That Hideous Strength, but I do have a dramatisation of it which will be on the channel a week after Perelandra. Glad you enjoyed this reading so much.

Wow: what a listen. Is the rest of the trilogy covered?
It will be soon; BBC7 also broadcast an unabridged reading of the second book, and then they repeated a 1980s dramatisation of the third book. I recorded all three at the time, and so the these will also be on the channel in the next couple of weeks.
