Jazak Allah Khair Brother for all your blogs on Makkah & Madinah! I'm Saudi and I find them really interesting to watch and appreciate the effort and intention to help others that is behind each vlog. It always warms my heart to see Makkah and Madinah full of people from around the world, Al-HamdulilAllah. My late father who was from Makkah used to tell us that as a child my late grandfather would open his whole house which was near the Haram to accommodate the pilgrims (this was probably about 60+ years ago) and move the whole family to a small house on the outskirts of Makkah. I'm glad that things are much easier for pilgrims now and accommodation is widely available. Being residents of this land, I think we are blessed with the opportunity to serve the visitors of the two Holy Mosques. May Allah guide us to to continue to do so and inspire us on how to improve serving visitors further. Salam.

SubhanAllah I read your comment and never knew about families helping pilgrims by accommodating them in their own homes. SubhanAllah that is amazing. May Allah bless your family with the best in both worlds. Ameen. At hajj time and especially on the day of arafah I felt so much love from the locals and the police officers. They were asking me to make dua for them and were really nice. SubhanAllah. Keep me in your duas brother :)
May Allah grant your beloved father jannat al na3eem. I am longing for Makkah and Madinah. I planned to visit last April 2020 and due to covid , I lost my tickets with no hope of getting a refund but this isn't what makes me sad : it is the missing of the Haramayn . May Allah removed this hardship and allow to visit the Haramayn very soon
Alhamdulillah i reached both of this Holy masjid few days ago. May Allah grant all muslims from far countries to visit this Holy place even once in a lifetime.
