I'm too scared to fly on the big planes, any suggestions for trying to get over it and flying on a big plane 😱😕

What scares you about it? The two pilots up front are well trained and if they thought it wasn’t safe they wouldn’t be doing the job their doing. Accidents are almost non existent in USA today thanks to all the electronics and computers in these jets. The air passing above and below those large wings creates lift to enable the plane to stay in the air. The engines provide forward motion to keep air flowing over those wings. Today’s airliners fly fine with just 1 engine working, else they wouldn’t be certified by FAA. Just about every system in these airliners has a backup system in case one fails. I always say the more you understand about anything in life, the less likely you’ll be scared. One of the best things you could do is get a book about what makes planes fly. Just remember the plane wants to fly, the pilots are there to guide it where to go. I’m a general aviation pilot since I was 18 years old, now am 65 years old and never would have flown small planes these years if I didn’t understand the basics of it. Just try it, and I bet you’ll enjoy it. 🌝✈️
