Vortex Gallery 2021: Touhou Hisoutensoku OCE Netplay Tournament

This is the first OCE Touhou Hisoutensoku netplay major hosted by Vortex Gallery [?!]
We've managed to amass a record breaking 38 entrants, making this the biggest vortex gallery OCE or even SEA tournament [?!]
There's some seriously powerful prizes to be won too:
1st place: $100 + a physical copy of Hisoutensoku
2nd place: $60
3rd place: $40
4th place: $20
Additionally, there's 3x $20 raffles that can be won by any player who wasn't disqualified round 1 [?!]
