Very wrong and CONDEMNABLE. All the warring Advocates, if they are enrolled as one under the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961 must be taken to task legally, at this stage, by the concerned Bar Association & the Bar Council of Delhi for gross misconduct as per the Advocates Act of 1961. They are Advocates and not goons on the street. Therefore, the erring lots must be suspended from practicing for couple of months, so as to ensure that such gross MISCONDUCT is not repeated by the erring lots and that such ruling could work as a deterrent for all others to abstain & refrain from such & similar other acts of misconduct.
