  • I hasten to share with you a delicious chocolate cake! This cake is prepared as simply as possible. It is perfect in everything from a chocolate sponge cake to an airy and very tasty cream. It's hard not to eat everything at once!
    SPONGE CAKE (square shape 20 cm)
    4 eggs
    100 g of sugar
    80 g flour
    20 g cocoa powder
    SUGAR SYRUP
    80 ml of hot water
    30 g of sugar
    CHOCOLATE CREAM
    200 g chocolate
    90 ml of milk
    350 ml of cream
    30 g of sugar
    CREAMY CREAM
    180 g butter
    100 g cream cheese
    80 ml condensed milk
    1. Take 4 eggs and add 100 g of sugar to them. Mix with a mixer until smooth and put on a water bath.
    2. Remove from the water bath and add 80 g of sifted flour and 20 g of cocoa. Gently mix in a circular motion until smooth.
    3. Pour the dough into the mold. And put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
    4. For the cream, take 200 g of dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the water bath and put on ice to cool. Add 90 ml of milk, 350 ml of heavy cream and 20 g of regular sugar and 10 g of vanilla. Beat a little with a mixer. We put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    5. Cut the sponge cake into two parts.
    6. Prepare the syrup for impregnation: mix 80 ml of hot water and 30 g of sugar. Lubricate the sponge cake with syrup.
    7. Roughly divide the cream into three parts. The first part is spread on the cake and evenly leveled. Close the second cake slightly pressing, spread another third of the cream. We level up and do not forget about the sides. We put the cake in the refrigerator and prepare the cream for the decor.
    8. Beat 180 g of butter until clarified. Add 100 g of cream cheese and 80 ml of condensed milk. Beat the cream for a long time is not necessary only until smooth.
    9. I transfer half of the cream to a pastry bag with a round nozzle. I plant the turrets in a staggered order, so you can mark the surface of the cake. First, I arrange the turrets of white cream.
    10. Mix the butter cream with the rest of the chocolate. And with the help of a pastry bag, we arrange the dark shapes.
    11. Sprinkle a little cocoa. And put into the fridge for a couple of hours, of course you can just eat, but after a fridge cake well soaked and the flavor will be more intense.
    The cake is prepared simply, and looks festive. Its taste will appeal to everyone. The sponge cake is airy, and the cream is tender. Very tasty!
