They should have just given Ra an errata that gives it its anime effects back. I mean in the modern day meta, even full power Ra wouldn't really be tier 1. Same with the other Gods. They are WAY too weak to live up to their name value.
Jimmy Ha theres no “one” monster in the game stronger than a full power ra name any one monster in the game that beat a ra that can adjust its atk, can nuke the field (with no option of resistance because it bypasses negates and immunity effects ), send to the grave and/or destroy anything on the field and slifers anime effect stops every deck in the game you cant summon any monster below 2000 atk rather it be def or atk position (literally no combo starters or extenders have 2100 or more atk to start combos) basically you cant even get out a boss to fight it unless you fusion summon and thats assuming that it ends up with more atk than slifer and obelisk nukes your whole board and does 4000 damage afterwards or it gains infinite atk so imagine a monster with infinite atk and all of them have all effect immunity all these effects in one card that only requires 3 tributes would wreck the meta in my honest opinion.

I also don't like these 3 cards being splash in every deck, but these cards helps you have a good board so you can survive more than one turn and that's why Konami made these cards, so we can use it even if we hate them or not.

I love these profiles I actually took some of these and played with them in Yu-Gi-Oh Master duel and this deck is dope just can't use link cross because it's forbidden so what would be good to replace that card.
How to make a competitive deck, quick tutorial: 1-Find a broken little engine (max 10 card, because with more is not considered competitive) that can either special summon 40 times, to link summon the entire extra deck twice, or (like in this case) make a stupid powerful boss monster; 2-Throw in at least 20 hand traps, and red eyes B.D.+dark magician+red eyes fusion; 3-If you still have room put desires and/or extravance; 4-For the Extra deck: Put in a maximum of 7 monsters of your chosen engine (if any), than throw in the knightmare package, the dragoon and needlefiber, apolousa and some random borrel link, 5-Now give the name of the engine to the deck, even though 90% of the deck is based of the hand traps and should be called "Hand trap deck". BOOM! You have a competitive deck! Now have fun at playing yu-gi..... oh sorry, is not the yu-gi-oh game, but the "let's see who draws more hand trap first turn and makes dragoon" game BTW, this is not for Sam, or this deck in particular, of course he does what the game requires now, and what the player base wants, and he does a fantastic job, have a nice day

I wanted to point out in the combo video, When you summoned Predaplant Verte Anaconda, and activated his effect to send Red Eyes Fusion, that spell card stops you from normal or special summoning other monsters. So you would want to summon Ra first, and then summon Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon.

Sam, I had my collection stolen from my parents house last year. A collection i started since middle school and had over 10 years. My favorite card was a 1st edition Ghost Rare Honest, i also had 2 ultimate rare tour guidefrom the underworld and countless other old school cards. Anyways ever since I started watching your videos again I started to discover my love for Yugioh again. Thank you for your enthusiasm it’s really refreshing! I was too hurt and sadden by the loss so it’s nice to be happy about yugioh again. Cheers brother.

Hey Sam, you can not summon Ra after you resolved the effect of Verte Anaconda, because the Red-Eyes Fusion say that you can not normal or special summon a monster after this card resolves.

I honestly was on the fence about this deck because I like to use winged dragon of ra as a fun deck. But I was actually impressed and quite surprised.

You could also use Mother Grizzly to bring out any Guardian slime's to the field from your hand or deck quickly.
