Goujons and tenders are the sort of same thing. It's the cut of meat under the chicken breast close to the ribcage. A little sliver of muscle. That said, a goujon can also be a fish, a similar cut of muscle from near the tail. Tenders are always chicken, as far as I'm aware. A lot of goujons and tenders aren't really goujons or tenders and are just breastmeat that has been chopped into the shape of a tender and then breaded.
