I always thought Highland Homes was supposed to be “better” quality, but for the price, this doesn’t look much nicer than a crappy CB Jeni townhouse - fake wood floors, fiberglass tub, not even a seamless frame shower!
Window in a garage is like a welcome sign for someone to come in and Rob you - makes zero sense…and the cars on the narrow street are gonna make this look junky in just a couple years.
You do a good job just not impressed at all with this neighborhood!!

I felt the same way when I say that window in the garage - for the townhomes I would go with a CB jeni over a highland townhome
I think CB Jeni makes a better townhome
Highland single family are better than that of a Normandy - Normandy and cb jeni are owned by the same company

Yes and I believe they provide insurance on the exterior of home as well
