I was very confused when I heard the suppressed weapons. I knew that one of the lead devs knows lots about guns so when I heard the suppressed guns having that classic laser gun sound, I didn’t understand why they didn’t use a more realistic sound
It’s simple my guy, it is fun and yea it’s unrealistic but none of the other guns are as loud as they would be so just go with it and let yourself feel like a super spy

P350 feels 100x better in Bonelab than Boneworks because in Boneworks there was some jank in reloading where some sort of collision stopped you from putting the mag in. Bonelab got rid of that and finally I can properly use this gun without trying to jam in the magazine until I die.

I’ve gotten so used to seeing Josalt as Arthur’s ford that it feels like I’m watching a different RUclipsr. But I could still tell Josalt made it because it was good.
I never played boneworks and thought there were a lot in it originally because of all the videos of boneworks with mods I had seen. I was originally disappointed with the number of guns in bonelab but this completely changes my view on it since it’s and improvement from boneworks which makes me hopeful for good mods coming in the future on bonelab.
You know what I want? Humanoid enemies with weapons. Bone works/lab has a system where every limb can take individual damage, so it'd be cool to fight enemies with guns where you could shoot their feet to knock them down or their arms to disable their weapons. I feel that the holoproyectors being the only ones with guns is a waste of potential.

@@saquial i dont know. In the lore on the clipboards is says they only gave the villagers period appropriate weapons that were similar to farming tools. Mabye the guns around the village were from the attackers
*Small spoiler* At the village at the end of the game there's a clipboard that says that after noticing that the player didn't die at the execution they followed the mines and discovered that the Monogon installations that supported them were abandoned, so they started scavenging for resources. It'd be logical for them to find weapons in the monogon complex and start using them.
DUDE! I thought the same thing when i had the laser gun and was fighting the metal skeletons. I saw the first one and it scared the shit out of me lol, i was suprised that it seemed stronger than my avatar because im used to easily killing things in vr.
I believe you missed the blue MK18 variants there is one with iron sights and another that has a foregrip and a laser sight. Other than that I think you got em all.

I’m assuming the “ender” got its because the glock 17 frame is the most commonly 3d printed gun frames. The most popular printer used for firearms is the creality ender 3 lol hence the red frame option. Idk if I’m the first to catch that or not but it’s amazing

Yo josalt! You missed the m16 with laser foregrip, you can find it on a pipe inside the accent map. Also you missed the FAB shotgun, it’s located on top of one of the hills on monogon motorway and the MK18 iron sight variant for the MK18. The iron sight MK18 is in neon district tac trial on top of a ledge when you enter the map.

Seems they got the Vector correct with its super low Recoil, if you didn't know the Vector basically has a weight in the grip that moves when you shot, reducing recoil and the gun flipping up because its automatically pulled down by the mechanism, usually games forgot that it exist and just have the Vector be just like any old SMG
What's better is the HK slap is mentioned in the manual for The MP5 and it's variants . Too bad they animated the charging handles on the MP5/UMP. Something all g3 family firearms are definitely known to do.
Ah man, so many weapon quirks not mentioned. -M590 Shotgun fires slugs rather than every other shotty's buckshot. -P250 and 1911 have the highest pistol damage but smallest mags at 12+1 and 7+1 respectively, followed by the Eder 22, M9, and Polaris with middle of the road damage and medium mag capacity of 15+1 each, then followed by the Gruber and Staple gun with the lowest damage but highest mag capacity at 20+1 I believe. -Any M4 variant as well as the PRC has the lowest damage but highest firerate (I group the PRC here as it uses rifle ammo). -AKM has higher damage than the M4 but fires slower with more recoil. -M16 has the highest rifle damage but is of course semi auto. -Then for SMGS, the UZI and the MP5K have the lowest damage and similar fire rates, followed by the Vector which may have the same damage but fires much faster and more accurately, and then the UMP has the highest damage per shot but fires the slowest, though not by a ton. I hope somebody can use this information and I wish you happy hunting!
Hey josalt.. i really like your videos.. and i am trying to let all vr youtubers and streamers know that you should really change the lens you record and stream through to your right eye if that is the eye you aim down sights with because by default when you record or stream it is recording through the left lens. You can do a test and ADS with your right eye then through your left eye and you'll see it'll only look in the gameplay capture how you see it on game when ADS with your left eye. You can easily change it whrn recording in the setting under camera and change it from left eye to right eye. But to change it while casting or streaming you have to give it an ADB command everytime you reboot your quest.
Will always hate the way they hold some of the weapons like the Ak and shotgun, looks like the chracter is breaking their wrist just trying to hold it. Like how hard is it to hold a prop weapon and just use that reference 💀
Hope that when we can make gun mods, the fact we have pump actions now means we'll get a lever action rifle by someone.. And also a big iron too.. need me my cowboy guns yee haw.
Hope one day there’s a Gun Menu mod, where you can spawn any gun in the game without having to unlock them, and can customize features like unlimited ammo or change damage.

When you're holding the PDRC your belt dispenses 20 round magazines, but the larger 30 round magazines from the rifles will work in it also.

They do know about guns, but they (specifically Brandon) also love GoldenEye 64 and the classic sound of the silenced PP7 in that game.

The M590a1 appears to be using slugs which means they can be used at long range as it’s a big bullet not a bunch of tiny bullets
Cool thing is you can still load it with buck you just need a shotgun that uses buck to get the shells

The 590A1 is a unique shotgun in game as it uses slug round, not buckshot.

Laser sight helps with aiming, but not as much as learning to use the gun's sights.
You missed the spawn gun, the board gun, and the constrainer. there might be others from gadgets but thats what i can remember from the top of my mind

Is it just me or is the recoil in Bonelab WAYYY too low?
it might be because of your avatars strength, it effects the recoil too
