How many times can you refill? I watched many videos and still wondering how it work out. The initial plate always plenty of sources with meats/veges. When it comes to refill, the rice always plenty but only little sources are given.

Give the credit for cheapness to the farmers who toiled to produce what we eat and drink. The same farmers have to die for toiling to feed the country. It is a cursed country. The country merry and keep bulging in population especially non-hindus by eating the toil of Hindu farmers. Their share is just adding to the population.
