The racers reach Times Square, where dazzling billboards and flashing lights make it hard to concentrate. Lightning stays focused, avoiding Turbo Taxi’s aggressive moves.
As they enter Central Park, Velocity Vinnie takes the lead by cutting through a hidden path. Lightning follows, enjoying the scenic route while staying close behind.
The racers hit a traffic jam on Fifth Avenue! Lightning cleverly uses his smaller size to squeeze through gaps, leaving Turbo Taxi and Broadway Blaze stuck behind.
The course takes them over the Brooklyn Bridge, where strong winds threaten to push the racers off track. Lightning keeps his balance and speeds ahead.
Broadway Blaze uses a dazzling light show to distract the other racers, momentarily blinding Lightning. Mater radios in, “Don’t let that glitz slow you down, buddy!”
The racers enter a long, dark tunnel. Lightning turns on his headlights and speeds through, but Velocity Vinnie uses the darkness to pull ahead with a sneaky move.

The last leg of the race takes them through the busy Wall Street district. Lightning skillfully dodges delivery trucks and sharp turns, closing the gap with Velocity Vinnie.
Turbo Taxi tries a risky shortcut through a narrow alley but gets stuck, leaving Lightning and Vinnie to battle it out in the final moments.
Lightning remembers a tip from Doc Hudson and uses a tight inside turn to overtake Vinnie at the last second, speeding toward the finish line.
Lightning crosses the finish line first, greeted by roaring cheers and flashing cameras. Mater proudly says, “You did it, buddy! You’re the fastest car in New York!” Lightning smiles, enjoying his victory and the adventure of racing in the big city.
