We are finally back with another guide! In this one we go out and find the Velothi Ur-Mage’s Amulet! This is a mythic that can help you absolutely demolish any PvE mob or boss you might run into as it provides unique bonuses to dish out extra damage! As always, we go over where to find the leads and provide maps that point out the location of the areas or things you need to get this mythic! We even have timestamps to get you to the leads that you need.
** Rose and Crimson sigh as they finish going though yet another book without finding what they are looking for. Crimson asks Rose, “Should we stop looking though all these books here? There’s very little material here regarding Telvanni wizards much less information about a particular one.” Rose shakes her head, “No, let’s try a few more books I want to be absolutely sure we don’t miss anything” As the Hours pass, they are interrupted by the noise of the Tonal Vision System. Rose eyes weary and patience tested calls out to Crimson in frustration... **

That offensive penetration is great when you're wearing mostly medium armor for that sweet sweet cap. Minor Force is a bit disappointing because everyone and their mother runs (or should run) Barbed Trap.
Oh yeah it is! This mythic plus some of those abilities from the new scribing make for some really heavy hits! 🍻
@@KaisersGB Scribing is cool! But it's surprisingly very restrictive. I tried getting Minor Brittle on my stamden toon but the only skills giving are destruction and restruction staff ones.
Yeah, I noticed that too. Trying to get off balanced is hard as well. Makes me wonder why they got it set up like that.
@@KaisersGB Not sure. Every one of these scribing skill feels awkward to use, but I still like them, I guess.

Awesome game - are those your edits or are they in game?
Those are all in games assets but those are my edits on the emotes and stuff to make them smooth and interesting 🍻 These unique guides take a while to make but are so fun to do! 😁
What does it mean by "reduce your Light and Heavy Attack damage by 99%"? So all my light and heavy attack won't hurt at all now? Does this mean i can stop trying to weave cuz im not good at it?
Yeah so it makes attacks way less effective to the point where the damage is not worth trying to do but you still have to try to put in a light attack every so often as that is how you build ultimate.
When you light attack there is a mechanic that procs for 9 seconds that will give you 3 ultimate per second. Plus when you light attack it gives a chance for poisons and glyphs to proc.
So the damage may not be worth it while wearing this mythic, but you may still want to try to sneak in a light attack every so often 😄🍻
Hey do I have to do anything to unlock the ability for the lord to drop off daily world boss kill ? I have done it for 3 days in a row on 9 characters and no lead yet
No, nothing special needs to be done. The lead should just be in the coffer when you open it up. The RNG on lead drops can be aggravating to deal with at times. For me personally I got it in the second try but as for one of my friends it took them a week before they finally got it.
We hope it drops sooner rather than later for you. 🙏
Where is that chests room?
It is in the first part of the dungeon. When you go though the book shelf and fight that first group of enemies you will open up a gate to continue on. When you enter that gate just go to the right and there should be a path that leads to the entrance of the chest room 😄
Is it worth than oakensoul?
It really depends on what your looking for from your build.
A few benefits of this mythic over Oakensoul is that it allows you to swap bars and gives a nice little boost to your penetration while it still allows you to have that boost in damage to monsters. If your running with groups often then this would be the better choice, that's especially true if you run an arcanist. Just know that when you weave in light and heavy attacks in your rotation they won't be doing much for you other than helping you build your ultimate.
If you have trouble bouncing between bars to upkeep your buffs or just like doing a bit of solo play then Oakensoul is perfect as it can help simplify rotations and lead to a more relaxing style if play.
To be honest I only really use oakensoul on my heavy attack builds as I like to have a back bar for healing and defense.
Overall this mythic is definitely worth having in bank! 😄🍻
