    Sir as we know that the current in reverse bias is very small . So for 0.7 volt potential barrier negligible current flows....so when photons strikes the the current that flows agin is also very small..so whts the benefit of photo diode.....

      iska matlab ye ke jab new baby born hota hai tou usse hume kuch milta nahi hai ultha uspe mehnat karna padhta hai uska care karna padhta hai usey sambhalna padta hai lekin jab wo bada hota hai tou wo humara sahara banta hai..so jab wo new born tha wo useful nai tha isi tarha farday law discover huwa tab useful nai tha but it can be useful after working on that law and taking advantage...
