Going through my journey, I have a good few people in my life who support me, yet I feel all alone, taking all this suffering and pain with a smile. I feel like nobody really understands me. I'm physically tired, mentally drained and my soul yearns to go back home. Is there anyone out there who feels the same, ? How to deal with this? I need some solid advice. Thsnks,
Pravina Puttyah ive been through the same exact thing. meditation on heart chakra. also asking god to give you and show you love from with in. that is spiritual side. but theres also just as important side: psychological: you have to look into your childhood and heal all trauma associated with that. if you continuously feeling alone and not understood its stems from there. How did your adults treat you? if you only will be doing spiritual part of healing and not psychological, god will give you the love you ask for, BUT you will have to learn about psychological aspect through painful mistakes. Like i did. I completely understand how you feel. i too kept "wanting to go home" and had great people in my life yet i felt misunderstood and alone. God gave me what i asked for . detail for detail, but bc i did not know about the other half of equation, and most people do not know about this and dont talk about the other half, i had to learn through experience and mistakes. I truly wish your journey to be easier than mine was. You do not have to suffer in order to learn. Also look up "EFT Tapping" its the psychological healing aspect of the equation. Retrains your body to let go of negativity. Serious science behind it. Best of luck and God Bless!
