I too vote for the Mexican offerings hands down! I am surprised Zeta did not sneak in a McDonald's Hash Brown patty, Lol! Her chicken parm did look good though!
The Mexican breakfast looks delicious.. I imagine you could cook the tomato part ahead of time and freeze it in portions to save time in the morning and just defrost it in the fridge the night before 🤔
Her chilaquiles could have been way tastier! I usually fry fresh corn tortillas and then cook them in the red sauce. Then black beans, cotija and cilantro on top with the eggs
I cringed with the chilaquiles using tostitos chips. But nice cooking the eggs in the sauce. And tacos are in corn tortillas not flour lol but always great content!
@Zeta Morgan Yes Ma'am. Google chilaquiles and look at the pictures. A lot of times we use leftover chips/stale chips, or the broken ones and make Chilaquiles to use them up. Traditionally you toss the chips into the sauce , mix, and simmer for 3-4 minutes before serving.
My family recipe for the banana smoothie was milk, bananas, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a raw egg. Blend and you have breakfast. Grew up drinking those.

I think its good to acknowledge that Aussie food incorporates so many other cuisines from different cultures these days too. It's not just vegemite, sausages and chicken parmas anymore. I would have ramped up the veggie toast with avo, feta and tomato to showcase a typical Aussie cafe brunch meal too.

The chilaquiles were not made properly! You should of made your own chips all you do is cut your tortilla in half and cut them into triangles and then throw them in some oil till they're crisp. Then you can throw in your salsa and egg on top also a lot of people put beans and cheese on top.
Zeta was so right about Aussie food being children's birthday party, everything except chicken parm was literally some stuff on bread 😭✋
Poor girl ate bread all day apart from the chicken parm 😂
