- Zip Co (ZIP) CEO, Cynthia Scott speaks with Tom Piotrowski about its Q1 results, the recent restructuring of the business and changes to the company’s strategic priorities. In addition, the pair also discuss the status of its US operations.
They way Larry and Peter executing their plan is extraordinary during this economic downturn. This could be a turnaround company down the track.
I don't think this business can do well with higher interest rates. I mean they can't just pass it on to businesses through higher merchant fees, the space is just too competitive for businesses to accept that.
The growth and rise of Zip Co is innevitable, it is alligned with the modern shift in the way people utilise finance and technology.
Having a super talented team of clever visionaries at it's core is an exceptional advantage.
Bullshit

Zero confidence with this company.
Dear Miss Scott. Why are my shares worth nothing. What you gonna do to fix it ?

You said you joined zip because of the customer experience using tech?? Is that a joke? The app is designed very poorly. The interface is a joke.
That's your opinion.
@@stevenjoummaa4640 well said other money managers thought different with triple share price since CEO interview ;-)
ZIP might be a good company but there's no denying the 'Buy Now, Pay Later ' ship has sailed. The ever rising cost of living and financial hardship plaguing people now render ZIP an unfeasible luxury. The evidence of this is that the ZIP share price has flat lined for two years now. I sold my ZIP shares at a loss to offset other Capital gains. Glad I did it when I did.
wait until interest rates come back down. ZIP will fly again
@@vs6911-1you'll have to be willing to hold onto a stock that isn't growing in value nor generating dividends for at least two years or more. Trust me, that money is better invested elsewhere.
I bought zip at 12$ a share now is all gone idk where my money went it was worth 11k now is literally all gone.
it will be $12 again in a year@@cristianmolina231
