I found out it was my router/cable box/tv area. Whenever I record now, I always shut off the entire electrical outlet strip and the noise goes away. I don't know if it could be the same for you, but I thought I would put that out there in case it helps. This was a great video for me.

An issue I have (and not with you, Laura, just to clarify, you do a wonderful job), is that since tapping is such a common ASMR trigger, it's used a lot, but it has the opposite effect for me. I'm one of those people who absolutely CANNOT STAND repetitive noises. Tapping makes me nearly explosively hostile. So it's really tough for me since I kind of have to skip small sections and break the illusion of the video. Sometimes I hate my brain. XD;

I love your voice, it's so relaxing just to hear you talk. I don't get tingles from just the whispering, but it's very soothing, anyway. The ear picker thing you used gave me great tingles. I'm looking for some more triggers. I think the ear cupping on the 3Dio works well because the ears are silicone or something. This is a nice mic, too.
I love this video! So relaxing!! The part where you rub the cotton pad sound awesome... Wish that lasted longer. You should do a hair video where you talk just like in this video but there's trickling water and hair scrubbing.
