Did you make groaning noises along with meditation, or just meditation. Could you do a video an example of the groaning noises that we could make ourselves. Or should we not do it unless Holy Spirit guides us to it?

I love this. I remember a story years ago about a woman who was in ministry teaching healing and when she went home one day, her dog was so excited to see her he jumped on her and somehow his paw tore her upper lip. She had it stitched but it disfigured her mouth so she stopped looking at herself in the mirror and just looked at her lips prior to the accident. She got healed.

For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God (Romans 8:26-27). Romans 8 when You get time .read this in context. With Holy Spirit continuing to teach you as He led you in to all Godly Victories.
