Very interesting. I am going to be moving next year to the Rachelle Carson Eco village in Pittsburgh and I have to choose my appliances. This is helpful. Wondering if anybody has any experience with induction top stoves? 48:05
George Wurtzel I like them allott I have seen them in 2 different stiles one which is the glass stile with flat surface. the other stile that I like the most is also glass, but the burners are razed. Looking more like a  traditional electric cooktop. There best feature is the burner cooles almost instantly when the pan is removed. The only down side is you must use a pan made from steal or cast iron.
