You can’t go wrong with any Black Stone Cherry song. They are a great band. If you really want to see this song in all its emotional glory go watch them do this song at Royal Hall. It’s a live and Chris (singer) had recently lost his dad. It’s a tear jerker for sure.

OK, this is a first-time reaction for me, too. I've never heard this song before, either. Good song. I hope my kids can say some of these things about me someday. Another good song along this same line is "In the Living Years". I forget the artice or group. Good reaction.

I lost my father few years back , I never meet him .one day someone called me , and I said hello .and he said is this guy name Mike , I'm him first time I heard on the phone , first thing he said I love u son ,I started to cry . Cause that's the first time I heard of him . And meet very first time couple years ago , he have pass away from covid. I never meet him now I don't have no family just me ,but this this song is beautiful

Lost my dad in 2020. This song brought back a lot of memories of him. We had a rocky relationship, but the last 20 years we spent mending it, so much that I went over to his house every night and watched baseball or just TV with him. I haven't heard this song in years. I saw them open up for Black Label Society in Houston. The drummer is really good live.

This is a great band from my little hometown here in Kentucky. I used to wait on these guys at the grocery store and knew them all by first name. I knew their uncle Richard Young who manages them. They get treated like royalty around here! Really good guys too. Thanks for the review! Peace!
