We must believe ourselves. We start to respect ourself.( If you say something you do it ) 7.Letting go off unnecessary people in your life .
What I preach and follow is pomodoro technique. Human attention span has drastically come down and we need to adapt to those effects by having short breaks as a reward for the focus we put it. If we gamify our method the results are rewarding 😀. A humble opinion 🙏
Pomodoro is a life saver for me! When my feel overwhelmed with tasks I just use Onetab plugin to shrink the tabs and turn on the pomodoro plugin (Marinara Pomodoro) + Unhook-plugin to avoid RUclips suggestions.

Imagine a world where every RUclipsr gets fewer views because people started working on themselves instead of seeking advice online. The world would really change for the better. Consumerism has taken over in every corner, and I'm also a victim of it, but I'm working on myself.
