Pheni / Khaja -
Ingredients -
All purpose flour - 2 Cups
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Ghee / Oil - 3-4 Tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
For the paste-
All purpose flour -1/4 Cup
Ghee/Oil - 3-4 Tbsp
Oil for frying
For sugar syrup -
Sugar - 1.5 Cups
Water - 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Lemon juice- 1/2 Tbsp
